Automated PEX Tester

End-to-end development of a modular automation system for thermal-cycling validation of new PEX water products: pneumatic controls, a programmable microcontroller, and real-time monitoring in a serviceable T-slot frame.

I designed the control panel — solenoid valves, pressure regulators, digital sensors — with maintainability as a first-class requirement, and wrote the control logic that sequences actuator motion and pressure regulation for safe, repeatable operation.

The rig streamlined prototype testing and became the foundation for the team's future automation work.
